7-Day Right of Exchange

If you change your mind after purchase, or if you ordered the wrong item, we provide a 7‑day exchange policy for your peace of mind.

Exclusions: Special‑order items, software, and e‑vouchers are not eligible for exchange.
To qualify for exchange:
  • Goods must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt dated within 7 calendar days of your exchange request.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned opened, damaged, or not in their original condition.
If no suitable replacement product is available, you will receive a store credit or gift card equal to the original purchase price.

Note: Items purchased via finance plans cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle‑Free Warranty Service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you have two options:
  1. Contact the manufacturer directly — many offer services such as free collection or on‑site repair.
  2. Return the item to any Rush Security service centre or store, along with your proof of purchase.
For products directly imported by Rush Security, please contact us directly or bring the item and receipt to one of our locations.
If a fault occurs outside the manufacturer’s or Rush Security’s warranty period, we still offer full repair services. We are an authorised repair agent for leading brands including Eufy, Uniview, Paradox and AJAX.
